Our History Over the last 20 years, PSI and its management have pioneered many industry “firsts” and have garnered recognition for their contributions to the job fair industry:
1988 – The U.S. Office of Personnel Management has PSI conduct the management of the first ever U.S. Federal Government sponsored Job Fair.
1989 – The U.S. Federal Government has PSI conduct the management of its first sponsored Job Fair for Persons with Disabilities.
1991 – A series of official Federal Job Fairs for the returning troops of Desert Storm is managed by PSI.
1995 –The NAACP chooses PSI to conduct the NAACP National Convention Diversity Job Fair as part of the NAACP National Convention.
1997 – The NAACP designates PSI as the only host for NAACP Diversity Job Fair events.
2002 – The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation selects PSI as the sole Diversity Job Fair host at its annual national conference in Washington DC.
2002 – The National Urban League selects PSI to co-produce their annual National Conference Career Fair.
2003 - Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. selects PSI to host its official bi-annual Diversity Job Fair.
