The Multicultural Foodservice and Hospitality Career Fairs are the premier diversity recruiting Career Fair event for the hospitality and foodservice industry.  The “Career Fair” is sponsored by the Multicultural Foodservice & Hospitality Alliance (www.mfha.net). The mission of the MFHA is to promote the business case for diversity and inclusion in the foodservice and hospitality industry. As a non-profit organization the MFHA’s Board of Directors is comprised of representatives from major industry leaders such as General Mills, Yum Brands, Ecolab, MGM Mirage, Sodexho, and Burger King to name a few. In addition, the “Career Fair” is also sponsored by hcareers.com (www.hcareers.com) the industries leading job board for foodservice and hospitality careers.
